About the Club

History

Founded in 1975 by Serbian Australians as Springvale United, the club was renamed Springvale White Eagles in 1995. Originally playing at the Yugoslav Workers Club, we now play at the Serbian Sports Centre in Keysborough, Victoria.

Achievements

The Springvale White Eagles competed in the Victorian Premier League over several seasons (1997-1999, 2007, 2011). We stand out for reaching the State League Cup Final in 2002, even though we were defeated by Westvale. Throughout the years, we’ve experienced various promotions and relegations, demonstrating our resilience and commitment to growth.

Community

Springvale White Eagles FC takes pride in its strong community ties, particularly within the Serbian-Australian community. We nurture a sense of belonging and cultural identity. The club promotes youth development with teams ranging from Seniors down to Miniroos, highlighting the importance of grassroots football.

Status

Currently competing in the Victorian Premier League 2, we aim to get back to the upper tiers of Victorian football. The club invests in infrastructure and player development to keep its competitive edge.

Vision

We are committed to excellence both on and off the field, emphasising youth development, community engagement, and competitive success. Our goal is not only to nurture football talent but also to play a significant role in strengthening and connecting the south-east Melbourne community.
